Simple Uncomplicated Pricing

Affordable

It can be all too easy to overpay for software, particularly if you operate in a regulated industry – in much the same way that there is a price for a bunch of flowers, there is also a different, usually more expensive price for the exact same bunch of flowers if you advise a florist they are for a wedding. 

Unlike many of our competitors, you’ll find our simple, transparent approach to pricing laid out so you have a clear idea about cost before enquiring.

We offer our base product on a tiered rolling monthly subscription basis with no long term commitment required. The tiered subscription fee starts from as little as £1 per user/per month, with a minimum tier of £99 per month (upto 100 users).  

We also include as standard rolling backups, retained for a period of one month. All you need to use our solution is a reasonably modern web browser and an internet connection. 

We strive to avoid expensive proprietary technologies when building our solution, so can offer, we feel, exceptional value for money when compared with competing solutions.

We evolve with you

As part of a subscription, customers are free to suggest changes or enhancements to the system. If we feel these add value, and other existing customers vote to accept them, then they will be implemented as part of the ongoing subscription cost. There are no hidden extras or additional maintenance fees. We value every piece of feedback or suggestion from every customer, big or small, software for us is about solving problems, not penalising existing customers who provide us with some fantastic ideas.

We appreciate there are many software solutions on the market and that choosing the right solution for your business can be both difficult and time consuming.

It can be hard to see the wood for the trees sometimes, and with the sheer volume of bogus reviews, or paid endorsements, it can be extremely difficult to form an unbiased opinion about which solution best meets your requirements.

For that reason, we offer you the opportunity to use our system free for one month so you can decide for yourself whether it meets your needs. We include training, via screen sharing, so you can make best use of the demo period.

All we ask in return is for your feedback. If after the demo period our solution doesn’t meet your requirements, we can use this feedback to improve and evolve our product so that one day it might.

If after a demo you decide to go ahead with a subscription, we can use your demo environment as the basis for your production system if required, so you don’t have to start afresh.

Extras We do Charge For

  • If you want uptime beyond the above, for example availability above 99.5% we can do that by adding extra redundant infrastructure, which of course carries a cost based on your exact needs.
  • If you need infrastructure in a specific global location, then the base cost may vary slightly. As we are a UK based company, the pricing is based on UK datacentres.
  • Custom branding beyond login screens and pre-built colour themes.
  • Professional services – import of existing documentation and user accounts etc on to the system. (We will import subsets for demonstration purposes if required, free of charge).
  • Document control service – we can act as your document control department for you, on a full time, part time or ad hoc basis. This is priced based on a time and material basis – contact us to discuss your requirements.
  • 1:1 training sessions outside the demo period.
  • Creating training material using your brand.
